About me
I'm Jonathan, an AI Automation Specialist. I've spent around 18 years running operations for real businesses, not just advising them. I was GM of Operations for a multi-site retail and franchise group across Australia and the Philippines, Managing Director of a UK fuel services business, and COO at a software company.
I know where time gets wasted in a business, because I've had to deal with it myself: the admin, the chasing, the jobs that don't need a person but somehow always end up on someone's desk.
Now I help small businesses use AI to take care of that work, so you can get back to what you're actually good at.

How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need, so I don't do one-size-fits-all pricing. The first chat is free, and after that you'll get a clear price for your plan before any work starts. No surprises.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can use email and a phone, you're fine. I do the technical setup and show you how to use everything in plain English.
Is my data safe?
I take this seriously. I'll explain which tools touch your data and why, use reputable services with proper privacy settings, and keep sensitive information out of places it shouldn't be. You stay in control.
Will AI replace my staff?
That's not the aim. It's about taking the boring, repetitive work off people so they can spend time on customers and the work that matters.
